Acceptable blood presure for a 70 year old male in good health?!
Question: Blood pressure is normal when the higher number (systolic) is below 130 and the lower number (diastolic) is below 85.
Age has nothing to do with it, it's either high or low.
A single reading shouldn't be used to gauge your BP, it's best to take several readings at different times of day and then average those out for a more accurate reading.

120/80 is a very good guide to go with. If it is lower, great. If it gets in the 140's is when you really should worry. Best of health to you!
The average blood pressure for an adult is around 120mmHg (16kPa) /80mmHg (11kPa), a little higher or lower should be okay too.
