Don't even think about that being birth control. It does not work. A lot of kids have used that method and now they are parents.
I tried it once, but I found I couldn't pull all the sperm back out as I couldn't get my hand right in.

I would NEVER rely on this technique. Besides, pre-c.u.m. can leak at any time, and this alone could cause pregnancy. Put the raincoat on, dude. Unless you LIKE being called "Daddy"

It's not a good idea. You risk STD and unwanted pregnancies are common because some sperm get's away before ejaculation.
