Guys are preoccupied with the size of their penis because of self esteem issues, at least that is my opinion. Is that any different from women getting breast augmentation? I don't think so. There are several women where I work who have had it done, so its not a rare thing. If penis augmentation surgery was easier to do then probably more guys would get it done too. I think there may also be worries about being rejected by women if they don't measure up.

the penis size thing on here is out of control, but understandable. I work with mostly women in a large hospital...."size" is a common topic....of husbands, boyfriends and yes even well endowed patients. Why wouldnt men be a little paranoid........and no....it is about the size sometimes...women are as varied as men on their preferences.
Become women prefer varies sizes, guys talk about how loose women are and some women worry if they're not tight enough. People worry about how big there nose is or how big there breast are, how small there butt is. Penis is just a major organ just like breast.
