How long will it take?!
Question: How long will it take for me to develope a six pack. I am going to start doing 50 sit -ups a day. I am skiny and already have a slightly visible six pack. How long will it take me to make it more noticible? Do you have a six pack, and if so how long did it take you to reach a nice stomach?

it took me aobut a month and a half eating right is a huge part , try workign all sides of the stomach like doing curls on teh left and right also the rowing machiens at gyms help alot , and try to do as much weight as u can as many tiems possible on a abdomal machiene sorry aobut the spelling if u have a pool nearby or a center try swimming thast what i did , its the best workout for the body , hopefully it helps .
