How do i gain muscle?!

16 I started working out at 16. I'm assuming your not fat so its pretty simple if... you got the time. Not sure if you want to get bulky or toned. Its better to walk IMO but since you on a time limit I would say run 10 miles a day or more if you can. Since your in school wake up at 4 in the morning to go run. Eat before and after running. What I did was eat 5 to 6 eggs in the morning. Than do 500 push ups a day. It may seem a lot but its not. One summer instead of playing CS I was doing like 2k push ups a day, 50 push ups every half an hour and still had time do hang out after 6. Also do chin ups, sit ups, and pull ups, if you can. Theres much more I can say but I'm not writing a book.

take your shirt off in the sun.
do pushups. that makes your chest nice.
sit-ups.
pull-ups.
do reps.

you'll get somewhere.

Well, the best way is to eat right. You can do situps, crunches, lift all you want, and your muscles will get stronger and bigger, but they won't have much definition without a proper diet, unless you have a great body build. Eat good carbs, sugars, and keep your calories no more than 500 below what your eating now down up to now.(fish, tuna, chicken, buffalo, egg whites, etc) It takes hard work at first if you havent done that before because your working of years of bad eating, but once you get there, you can loosen up your diet because its a lot easier to maintain since you've treated your body good working off all the old stuff.

run 280 kilometers per hour for 2 hours in 10 days!.. I'm pretty sure all muscle in your body will become bigger!!
