Hi Jack! You're coming along just fine. You're gonna keep growing till you're 25! Your height depends not only on your parents height, but also their parents height. Here are some tips for you that WILL work:
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk every day.
Eat lots of protein. (Meat, fish, pork, poultry, eggs, nuts, some cereals.(Read those labels for protein)
Eat your veggies! (Frozen, steamed or raw.)
Exercise. Sports like basketball are great.
Stand up straight! Good posture can add 2 inches to your height. Good luck, kiddo! :)

you still have like 5 years of growing, and you shoe size and height will go up, or should barring any pituitary gland problems

all though shorter people generally have smaller feet, it doesn't always.

9 is normal but you're a lil' short for your age but not that short. The lower end of average. You can tell by your school classes.
relax...you are in the normal range...they are more concerned if you are overweight and how much exercise you do....
