depends somewhat on age, teen age boys can get erections anytime, older men say in their 20-30 it would be unusual to get an erection in church without some reason

It depends on your age. The younger you are, the more likely you'll get an erection
we don't control when we get erections sometimes. the body does them spontaneously and you have no control over them. don't worry about it, just breathe and try to let it go away. that has happened to me before. its not a sin or anything to worry about
