two good ones are your good old bench press, taking it slow as you push up so that the pecs have time to activate after your triceps and deltoids have gotten the barbell above a 90 degree angle.
The second is a barbell bent arm pullover whereby your forearm and upper arm maintain a 90 degree angle as you lift the weight up and over your face and go towards the floor until your triceps make a straight line with the rest of your body, exhale as you pull the weight back to the starting position

1 arm barbell press (like bench press except 1 barbell) and barbell flyes ( lie on ur back on a bench and extend ur arm out with it slightly bent and then pull it towards the middle of your chest
