Question: 1stly, you should never remove that but plug when home alone, unless of corse of an emergancy!!! but i no it can be uncomfy during yoga... so i advse that you pad lock all windows and doors shut before hand! and if you forget to insert it after practising your cartwheels, then dont worry, coz all that will happen is.... when you burp, peebles of pooo will fall out (always catch them to save embarasment) .. then if u fart reallllllllllllllllllllll hard, the sewing will come unstuck and your mousehole will be reborn! your tummy will not blow up ok, so dont panic! good luck! lock up all sigmoidologists before all hellbreaks loose thats what i say!!

No, your bowel would eventually obstruct and would go into reverse peristalsis.....you would end your days rolling around the floor in severe pain, whilst vomiting up faecal matter and making a mess everywhere. You'd probably be dead before your bowel had a chance to perforate!
