There is no "normal" size for a penis on a male of ANY age.
Penis sizes range from 1/2" to 12", and anywhere in between is normal. All young men your age wonder if they are normal. I promise you are.

Don't even start measuring your penis. It will only cause you grief if you think someone is bigger than you.
You have what you have and nothing on earth can make it bigger once it has reached full growth.
