Pecs and Abs 10 points to most effective!?!


Question: I am 14, about 5'8 and 120 lb. Is there any really good bodyweight workouts i could do to get results. I have no access to weights or a gym or anything like that. My goal is to get a body like Ryan Reynolds in Van Wilder.

I'm 15, and I'm on my way there. Anyway, do a couple reps of pushups and sit ups in the morning and and hour or so before you got to bed. Also, start jogging because this will help you stay fit and it's actually really refreshing. If you eventually get access to a gym or weights, I suggest using that because it's way easier then doing push ups and sit ups all the time. You could also try searching up whole body exercises on the internet. Try not work out too hard/too much because sometimes it can harm you. So yeah, that's about it. Good luck!

Just go to a gym! or pay a personal trainer. We are no one to tell what to do if we can't see you. Or just do many many sit-ups and push-ups. Like in the morning and in the night.

do situps, easy to do anywhere. pushups again simple. pull ups find something to pull yourself up on, not hard to find. go jogging or cycling. go swimming. do them all bout 5 times a week and you'll prob get results. although i never seen that film.
