My left testicles has a little pain like veins pain.?!
Question: my left testicles is moving well , smaller than right testicles a little , can masturbate wif good amount of semen, theres is no vericocele red veins n i can c it maybe i dun have, but when i play fotball , the veins beside my left testicles are a little pain for 0.05 seconds each time i hurt , juz awhile , my testicles does not swell at all , normal . when the testicle hanging up my left 1 goes higher but when hanging low down , the left 1 is lower , i dun think tats problem , the veins dun pain very often , like 2 hours football 3-4 times which is oni less than 1 seconds , is so irritating that i cant even run properly n i love football, its tat normal for 14 yr old boy . even if is not ok , but why my testicles look so extremely fine n have good amount of semen n dun notice a veins which is red or varicocele theres oni green 1 which is normal juz alittle bigger . tell me wad shud i do , i dun wan to tell my parents or c any doctors.

I thinks its fine..mate hw did ya measure pain...like for 0.05 sec...1 sec...stop watch eh?
check for prostate infection or inflammation.
