Question: Does anyone remember answering my question last night about how I saw a picture of a guy using a screw driver? I cant repeat what the guy doing with it or else I'll get my question deleted again.

It is called "sounding". Some do it for sexual gratification, but it is originally a medical action. The devices commonly used are, obviously enough, call "sounds". Hegar, Van Buren, Dittell and Pratt sounds are the most common manufacturers of the medical devices. For the sexual aspect, other items are commonly used.
The medical reason for the activity is to increase the inner diameter of the urethra, and to clear obstructions. If somebody has kidney stones and they are unable to be passed, the urethra may be stretched using the sounds to make a larger passage for the stones to pass through. There are other medical uses as well, but this example illustrates the basic function quite nicely.
