(mostly teenage guys 13 -14-15 years old) b/c my guy friend found out that i had it and its a little awkward so just let me know what you think and do u guys talk about it with your friends and like how idk just..let me know plez!!!

We joke about it with people a lot. I'm 16 by the way. We joked about it a lot last year too. This year, me and my friend have been talking about a lot of stuff with our friend and she's explained some stuff and she thinks it's all nasty and that we would find it nasty, but it's natural and we laugh about it. So it's not that bad. Doesn't gross me out or anything.
wel its natural. i dont know why your friend feels awkward knowing that you have it-every girl gets her period.
Im 16 but back around 13-15 my group of friends didn't talk about that. I knew it was normal but like I didnt go around making fun of my friend because she was on hers
maybe thats just cuz I like to think im mature :P
Ok guys don't think that its awkward unless you talk to us about it all the time. If he makes a big deal about it than that means that he is really imature because its totally natural. Girls may have periods, but guys have stuff that is some what similar.
I am 15and a male l don't talk about it with my friends like every gal in the world will have a period so it shouldent be awkward.peace out

We dont talk about it specifically but when we get bitched at by a women sometimes we say it must be there time of the month. Its a joke you know most of the time we hav no idea.
All guys know about it even at your age even if we don't understand or know all the details. We definitely don't like hearing about it. I don't think I've ever had a conversation with friends about girls getting their periods except maybe in terms of how women act when on their period. Guys make fun of each other and accuse bitchy wussy guys of being on their period as a joke but thats about it. But seriously, nothing worse then hearing a group of women talk about their periods.
I hear my brother and his friends talk about it all the time and they are so immature and stupid. Like they say periods are to guys like kryptonite is to superman...what dumba'sses'...and this whole ...they are B's because their on the rag or time of month is so crazy...and dumb....because I never behave mean when I am on my period...actually it makes me happy...and more active it's like a 5-hour energy drink but it lasts for whatever long my period lasts. I don't think it's wrong for girls to talk about their periods...and guys need to understand that....IT'S A BIG PART OF OUR LIFES just like guys talking about sex and girls or cars like 24/7...I mean think of all we have to go through the pain, the cramps, the pads/tampons, the midol...the warm blanket and the hot tea...it's a lot!! Guys should not be complaining at all ....they should just stay quiet...we have a right to talk and complain...but a lot of us don't .....we go to work feeling like crap and no one really hears about it. If they act weird it's maybe cause they feel akward like they should be treating you a different way now ...it all depends what they have heard about it. I had a friend tell me that guys are more attracted to girls when they are on their periods. Who knows. Good luck.
