drink lots of water to stay hydrated, but other than that let it run it's course but if it continues for longer than a day or two talk to a doctor or take some medication that will stop it.
it's your body naturally recognizing and flushing out a toxin or something in the intestines. don't take imodium caplets to stop-u-up unless its an emergency. let the diarrhea take its course. drink fluids. if there's blood/mucus in it go to hospital immediately!!!
