for a 13 year old i would have to say 4 to 6 inches

The penis size should be around 5-7 inches long and when puberty comes your penis will be at least 8 inches long when aretted( standing up).

i agree dont worry about but it if you hit puberty it should be about 5 in or more if not it should be between 2 - 4 in
p.s. i should know i take sex ed and am a 13 year old boy myself (or turning 13 anyway)

well since some 13 y/o's still havent gone through puberty its almost impossible to say.

like i said, if you have not gone through puberty than your penis will be smaller, but that's fine.
