Sorry for the horrible grammer and spelling, ive been drinking...

Absolutely. Your lungs are starting to clear up, and you're going through withdrawal. The physical symptoms will subside in the next few days. Good luck!

yes its normal hang in there

It's called detox, and you will probable crave cigarrettes. Yes they are normal and usally hard to deal with. Ask for support in your community if you need it. (good on ya mate for quiting!)

yep. all sounds normal. drinking is probably not helping your efforts.

you shouldnt quit smoking cold turkey style...
you could develop a drinking problem or get addicticted to something else. why dont you try smoking one less cigarette everyday? good luck..
you are still young..you can do it
discipline yourself.

its plenty normal one your coughing cause its getting the junk out of your lungs, you'll get used to it in a couple more days abd at least weeks

I smoked for almost 30 years, 3 pks a day and stopped 6 years ago, I drink 8 beers a night and the best thing I did during those first 3 months was keep one of those pretzel sticks with the salt on them in my mouth. they were yummy but also kelp my mind off the smokes. you can do it, good luck to you.

stick with it,the patch helps alot if you think your going to cave!

I tried quitting cold turkey and had the same effects. I wouldnt worry. You should try giving Chanitx a try. The stuff is like magic. I quit for 8 months and smoking no longer phases me.

These are normal withdrawal symptoms. The coughing is your lungs trying to get back to normal. You need to go to the doctor and let him prescribe something that will assist you in this period of withdrawal. These are serious symptoms and you are not expected to do this alone. Go the the doctor., please. And congratulations for having the guts to quit! Good Luck,
