My glans will not go back into my foreskin?!
Question: recently i just woke up and my glans was out. this has never happend before and my foreskin would not go back over my glans. this gives me agony pain when i walk or run please help quick also i have never been circumsized

This means the foreskin is tight.
First, work on getting it down to cover the head. It'll be easiest if you do it when you shower... work on it for a few minutes. Eventually it should come down. You can even try showering with colder water than usual to encourage shrinkage (the smaller the head is, the easier the foreskin comes down).
And secondly, work on stretching it so this doesn't happen again:

It could get worse if your foreskin is not retracting to its normal position to cover your glans. It can swell up and stay that way better see the doctor about that.
I agree with Jorge, you should try to work it back down now. If you can't get it down then see a doctor asap and ask them do put it down (tell them to NOT circumcise it which they might suggest instead)
