Depends if the lump is on the scrotum (ball sack) or the testicle itself. If it is just the scrotum, it could be an ingrown hair. If not, get it checked out ASAP

Hope I helped!
Jeremy

you definitly might wanna go to the docter with that one :|

if it is on the exterior it isnt cancer but if it is on the inside go to the doctor immediately

go to the doctor aint nobody going to know better

dont jump to conclusions. could be anything. you should tell your mom and go to doc anyway.

is it on your testicle or scrotum??
Since you tried to pop it, it must have been on your scrotum. It might have just been an ingrown hair. Keep an eye on it, and if it start to look infected, see a Dr.
Do some checking online to learn how to do a testicular self-exam.

Wow. This question just came out of nowhere for me. Dude... go to the doctor.

Chances are, it's not cancer. Although it can happen at your age, it's very rare. Also, testicular cancer is internal, not external. You probably were sweating and got an infected hair follicle. While you could go to the doctor, I'd wait a couple days to see if it goes away. If not, then I'd think about getting to the doctor.
