Question: Tim there is no such thing as an average penis size. where did you get that idea. There are charts on here that have been made by some companies trying to sell enlargement pills, gels , stretshing devices, exercises, and you name it that is all a lie. You have a normal size penis. I have a normal large size penis as its my normal size. Who said we are to compare our penises to someone elses? And who said they are average? Certainly not the medical society. We are all different as God made us. There is nothing wrong with your penis size young man. I assure you you can do everything with the size penis you have that I can with mine. I might look longer and thicker in the mens room, and when im naked in front of other men, but that makes me nothing special young man. Mine doesn't get erections as I had an injury which left me unable to. If you have a fatty area around the penis it will give it an appearance of being shorter. if you shave the pubic hair at the base of the penis, and about half an inch on to the pubic area, it will give it a longer appearance son. Really don't let this hype about your penis size up set you. Your perfect young man. Be proud of what you have, and it works fine. Believe me. I would not lie to you. You penis probably is average size but with the extra fat round it, makes it look smaller.
Losing weigh would be beneficial for lots of reasons. One of them is showing your penis to its true length.

Yes and No... Your penis is just covered with fats...
The others are right about the fat... more precisely though, it's that fat bad that's on your pubic bone (at the base of your penis).... if you have a thick layer of fat there, then some of your penis isn't showing. If you loose some weight and that fat pad is smaller, then more of it will be visible.
It may be more a related thing than a reason. Maybe you are repressing yourself, making yourself overweight and at the same time making it difficult for other types of growth to happen.
Anger and repression are related. Are you angry at someone? If so, learn to handle things in a different way. Decide not to hate or be angry with anyone. Not that things are perfect. Just, negative ways like those can cause more problems.
Instead, if you have a problem with someone, solve it.
I gained an inch when I lost 30 pounds so yes your weight is a very good reason.
there is a fat pad just above your penis which, if you are overweight, will block your view of your penis and it will appear smaller
the more weight you loose the more of your penis you will see

yes its normal and in some causes guys are just born like that and plus ur not done growning so try to loose weight and then maybe it will grow a little bigger
