Just a minor irritation, it will go away if you leave your penis be for a few days, and also if you clean it thoroughly, and be sure to retract your foreskin a bit when you pee so that your urine won't further irritate it. I have the same thing happen from time to time, and this usually works for me. If you do just this, you ought to be just fine, no problems at all.

whats cetaphil ???

Cetaphil is a fragrance free, non allergenic lotion. It is used a lot because of that. I'm going to have to say it's probably not from the lotion, maybe it's from a lot of friction for a long period of time. Good luck to you!

Doesn't sound like anything dangerous to me. I can't say I have any experience with Cetaphil but if it irritated your skin then don't use it again. Take a break from masturbating for a day or two and you'll probably see an improvement.

Ouch, just a friction burn, it happens to everybody at least once. It should go away in a day or two. In the mean time, I'd wear some tight fitting underwear to prevent cloth from sliding across it constantly. If it doesn't go away within a week, then I'd think about seeing a doctor, but odds are, you'll be fine.

If you didn't have the rash-like problem before using Cetaphil, just wash and dry the area and leave it open to air (like overnight). The rash will resolve in a day or two.

If it doesn't, consult your doctor.

It is called contact dermatitis. In your case, not urgent, but monitor.

you just went too long. it happens to me sometimes. dont worry, its not permanent.

You just took too long to finish. Take a couple days off and let that puppy heal up, try swtiching to some loose boxers to avoid chafing. Just give that bad boy a much needed rest and he'll be fine. And don't worry, we've all been there.
