13 year old trying to get pecs and low definition abs.?!


Question: Ok well im 13 years old and im a little chubby, i dunno i just get harassed in gym class, ( 5*10, 137 pounds) I have a pair of moobs as well, not terribly like OMG FATTY! moobs, but like questionably pecs, and you can tell when my nipples arent hard, their definatley not pecs, as for my abs i've got a little belly fat. I was wondering how i could turn these moobs and pot belly like htings into some low def pecs and abs, what workouts to do, and also i just started doing push ups, and it seems my chest on the right side is always more sore than the left, and it is noticeably bigger, how could i change or improve that? Thanks.

i'm the exact same as you but 15 old. i try to do about 24 situps in a day. 12 in the morning 12 in evening, eventually we will get there, there is no fast magic cur for teenagers like us. if we where say 30 we can get specelist equipment, but if we do it now, we will damage out bones.

just do sit ups thousand and thousands of sit ups. that how guys like usher did it.

at thirteen, your muscles are not mature enough to achieve that kind of definition. You might take up swimming as that works your pecs and might smooth out the excess tissue you have there, it will definitely tone your tummy. But don't look to achieve a washboard abdomen so young, you will only frustrate yourself.

I can tell you from studying this kind of thing and doing it for a while, that at 13yrs old your muscles and bones,joints,etc. Haven't completly formed.if you try to carry getting mucle to far you will damage your body.so try push ups,and running.But no waits.
