The trouble with what you are wanting to do is that there are some main blood vessels that exist in the penis, as well as alot of nerves, If you decided to cut of your penis it would cause a massive amount of blood loss as well as hurting like hell.
Plus the operation to turn a man into a women uses the skin of the penis to create part of the vagina.
So the only thing I can suggest is that you DONT CUT OF YOUR PENIS and see a pycyatrist to ensure what you want is not just a mental condtion, after that and you still want to be a women save up for the surgery.
And also the surgery will not make you a women, you may have the look of a women but you cant change your genetics, you will juts be a man with surgical mutilations.

a) you live next door to one, or
b)you cut it off outside the hospital

Erm, I would say no....people who want a sex change have to go through months, sometimes years, to fix themselves how they want. There's usually pills involved, and pain, and plastic surgery.
I would talk to your doctor, or a close family member about this before you go through with anything this life-changing. And seriously, if you cut your penis off yourself, you could get infected or something, and that would suck.

Honey, please don't do this. You could die before you get to the hospital. And your penis is not the solution to this problem. You will still have all the hormones from your testicles producing male hormones. There is much more to be done than just get rid of your penis. And you will not be able to sell your organ on ebay, as this is illegal.
Do an internet search for sex reassignment surgery. There are tons of listings there, and apparently it is covered by some insurance companies (aetna.com)

You can try to be a do it yourself surgeon and you will probably hurt really bad or get an infection and die. Save up till you can afford it man. Being a woman has so many ups and downs.
