Question: Hi, im nearly 18, and only 5'10.5 is it true that if i drink a lot of milk it would help increase my height as I would realy like to gain just that extra inch.

Nope. You are as tall as you are going to get. Don't worry after 50 yrs old you will slowly loose some height.
