Uneven muscle problem?!

Question: ive been working out for about 2 years..and ive notice my right arm is larger than my left a while ago...and i know if i work out my left at a higher intensity will probably even both arms up..but everytime i work out..i just cant resist working my right arm because its a lot mroe stronger than my left and it feels so good after some lifts cus it gets all pumped and all..

any easy way to work out both arms and even them up??

I would recommend NOT using barbells, but using dumbbells more.

Why? Because your strong arm can compensate for the weak during barbell exercises.

Use dumbbells and WORK TO THE WEAKER ARM.

Do NOT use higher weight or higher reps on your strong arm.

If you can only do 12 reps with left arm on a given weight, you stop at 12 reps with the right arm too.

If you 'just can't resist', you're gonna continue to luck out of balance.

Not really the only way is to do extra workouts with your left arm. you could even try lifting with the left arm and lifting with the right arm as well but with a lighter weight so you can keep the muscle toned while the left one catches up

doing lifts with barbells instead of dumbells should even everything out because each arm has to lift the same amount of weight. just stick to barbells and stay away from dumbells for a while.

I would assume the only way is to work out the other arm MORE as you suggested...

IF you are right handed that may be why it feels more comfortable to work out... I am left and I am stronger in my left even when lifting weights, I cannot do as well on my right...

Yeah I am in the same boat. I usually do two or three more reps when lifting. For example if am Curling 25 lbs. I do ten with my right and 12 or 13 with my left. My strength and size in my left arm has certainly increased. It takes a little longer but it catches up.
