Hi iam 13 yrs old i want to get buffed without any weights?!


Question: hell iam 13 i want to get big like have big pecks and good abs triceps and biceps but without weights i have been doing push up and sit ups for a while and have only seen a little difference so if any ideas or plans to help will be appreciated i really want to get big and how long will this take

it's genetic...but you can eat alot of eggs, whole grains, drink alot of milk and proteins...preferrably protein shakes and continue to exercise...weights help dramatically but usually at your age, you won't see much improvement. keep going and when you turn about 15, your body will most likely be through puberty and you will get a burst of testosterone and your muscles will feed off it...but it's really about persistence and patience. Basically you should eat a lot, but no fat or junk food. You still should try some exercise though. The best age for boys to grow muscle mass is between 18 and 25 years old, so you have plenty of time.

look, building mass comes from two things, lifting heavy weights and reducing your body fat low enough to allow them to show. i suspect your body has addapted to the work load of your pushups and sit ups. once it adjusts it quits growing because what you are doing isnt forcing it to grow more. i really suspect you will need to get into weights if you want this. also, at 13 you are still very young. as you age putting on mass becomes easier. at your age you may be thin.

if u want to do it without weigths then its pretty unlikely but its possible. u either have to be born with it or eat a ton!!!! of fruits a vegtables. hope this helps

you can't you need weights to challenge your muscles otherwise you wont grow that big
