It will eventually go down. Try a cold rag, and for god sakes slow down, it's not a tootsie pop and it's not going anywhere so you don't have to do it all at once. =)

One of the ways our body responds when we are aroused is increased blood flow to the lips...that's why our bodies are programmed to think that puffy lips are sexy. Just tell your friend to quit thinking about sex and go to bed. Things should be back to normal in the morning. And be sure to moisturize. It sounds like whatever you guys were doing could have been kind of drying to the lips.
Your lips are fine. Go to bed and don't worry about it, they'll go down soon enough.
