the only reason you might find it hot when you play with your friends is that your getting off on it. You might not be gay, you just like getting off. I have known of straight men who help other men out, its normal to some people. Its sort of i scratched your back you scratch mine.
You just have to find the right thing to turn you on. Maybe a picture isn't going to do it for you. So what. That won't determine who you are.

Do not worry your mind is playing tricks on you becuase of puberty. You might be bi sexual theres nothing wrong with that is there? in fact some people may find it as an advantange.
