since you're calling it saliva, I would guess it's coming from your mouth.
It might be mucus draining from your nose that makes it into your mouth...I have a problem with excess mucus in colder weather, and it'll build up in my mouth often when I run. since you're doing cardiovasular excersise when you masterbate, it might be the same thing.
