How to Grow tall fast?!
Question: I am 12 going on 13 this 2nd Feb,well I'm 145 cm tall and all my friends are 160+ and the call me shorty.I eat healthy food(i hate sweets) and i got abs when flexed and I'm in the Track & Field team.I stretch and jumping on trumperlin lots but have been waiting for few months but only improve.by 0.01 cm or more.Theres a girl which i like lots but shes damn taller than me and i wanna beat her.Even my brother 6 years old is nearly beating me.I say I'm short because of my parents.So the main question is,What do I do to grow?

bursts /spurts of growth occur at different time in young people. its better not to try and force it.............it will come...........I work with students and sometimes maybe after not seeing them fora 3-4 week period theres a huge difference..........your just one of the late developers......
my mother was about 5-3 my father 5-8 amd i am 6-2 plus. so relax. can come as late as 16-17..............so trust me if will happen.probably when ur least expecting

their is more to a person than their height....dont worry you have loads of time left!
haha...never gona happen unless u go for surgery or something like that..
Some say play basketball...but its all just a myth...honestly..i dont play sports..and im the tallest among my friends...maybe genetic i think..
Anyway...at ur situation now...just watch out the foods u consume...=)
never going to happen there aren't any magic potions to make Ur self longer

I'm sorry to say but if you want to grow you`ll have to wait. If you suddenly start eating like a pig, it means you`ll gain wait and then you`l grow into your fAT. (HOPEFULLY i GROW INTO MINE SOON!)
