At 13 you shouldn't be worried about the size of your penis. you still have a few years ahead of you in which it will most probably grow more. (Not sure if you've hit puberty yet.) From my own personal experience, I stopped 'growing' at about 17 years old. Just relax and enjoy your teens..

It may grow some more, but if not, 5-6 is normal for an adult, so dont worry about it.
Have your mom measure it each month and keep track...
