I don't think that it is an infection but you probably rubbed it raw and is now trying to heal i guess you would say. I would try some lotion like vasaline and maybe like some diaper rash stuff. for a two days and see if it gets better if it dosn't then go to the Dr.
Most likely you have an infection and you will need to see a doctor to get it cured.
If it has been there over two months you should go for sure.
Don't be so ashamed.. would you rather be a little embarassed and be cured.. or a lot embarassed and without a reproductive organ?
