No such thing as too small. One of the sexiest women I ever knew (attitude had a lot to do with it) had absolutely no breasts (just nipples stuck on a flat chest). She asked me if i thought she should get implants. I emphatically told her, "no".
I think anything less then a B cup is too small
if u covered up the persons head, and all u got to look at was the chest, and you couldnt tell from that, then they're too small.

Men enjoy breasts because believe it or not, it brings their lady pleasure along with pleasing them. The sensation of touching, licking, sucking and biting something they don't have is what attracts them to the female breast, also, some men rather smaller breasts, because they feel that it leaves less of a space between them. And they fancy smaller, more petite women. I'm personally top heavy filling a D 36, but I don't think there is such a thing as too small. It all depends on how you feel about your body, and what makes you feel good.
