He's talking about testosterone supplements that many men take when their levels get low....starting in a lot of guy's 30's. Androgel 1% is a good one. He is not talking about roids..these drugs maintain a normal level when it gets older as men age. He's correct...the results are amazing.

He's talking about Testosterone replacement. It's for men with low testosterone. The reason it's not over the counter is that you need lab work to determine your testosterone levels before getting the therapy. If it was over the counter, men would probably take too much or take it when they don't need it. Over production of testosterone leads to cancer, that's why it needs to be monitored by a physician.
