Dude, are you asking or are you telling? I've done bench press all kind of ways, dips, flys, you name it. I just went back to push ups. Wide fly push ups, standard push ups, military push ups, triangle push ups, T- moves and the plank moves. You can add if you like, but looking at the video... I think you ought to be telling the rest of us.
