ok if you are still doing this on days you have sex, i would say you could have an addiction. i know if i was your girlfriend i would be offended that even after having sex with me you still have to masterbate.

What you do, you must enjoy. You should not keep any guilt in your mind.
Masturbation is not only very normal, it's a wonderful and safe way to get pleasure, and you should not be ashamed at all about your interest in it. Even small children engage in masturbation; it is only our society that makes it so taboo.
