I've gone through short stretches where I'm likely to ejaculate sooner than I'd like. Sure, I've been asked why I pulled out and stopped, and I'm honest. I am concerned with any change in sexual response. The wiring that causes male erection and ejaculation is associated with lots of other spinal nerves. The speed and quantity of ejaculation can also be affected by several medications. I would look at any changes in his health. You mentioned you were taking antibiotics. How is his health. A visit to an MD or APN might not be a bad thing.
