higher reps will make you stronger, but so will lower reps with weights attached to you. if you do 1 warmup set of ten with weights, then 2 more sets of 4-8 reps with the highest weights you can do. You will build strength and your muscle size will increase faster as long sas you eat a lot of protein daily.

The answer is more reps. The longer you can do these types of chin ups the stronger you will be. Add push ups and jogging will help also.
