What is best and fast way to have bigger chest muscles?!

Question: Focus on working all the other muscles (back, lats, shoulders), intersperse some chest training but only a small amount in comparison. Believe me this, works, I keep focusing on my other muscles, and my chest keeps getting bigger, even if I try not to work it at all.

In other words a full-body workout plan is bet. If you just focus on the chest its growth will be limited by the rest of your muscles going un-strengthened.

Weights and protein.

bench press?

join fitness centre !! do heavy weights..

crunches

implants

5000 push ups a day. Good luck

protein and supplements but u gotta keep doing them and exercise and weight lift offtin

thier is no fast way..everything takes time...

workout ur chest and give ur chest muscles atleast 3 to 4 days of rest before u workout again...because overtraining can cause ur muscles to deplete and u wont see any gains if u just workout everyday..

google overtraining and fully understand it!

good luck!

In the Garden hit it on the mark if you just focus on your chest you'll just injure yourself eventually and you'll just get to a point when your shoulders can't take the stress of the weight I've seen these high school guys come into the gym and literally 12 of them all together and just monopolize the bench. Try dumb bell press and flys and while you work your chest work your shoulders and some triceps then the next day do alittle back and biceps and another day focus on your legs and do your abs whenever you have time but don't over do them they may recover quicker but they still need to heal as well

push ups, pull ups- push ups work ur chest also the placement of your hands you have to consider-such as wide push ups, diamond pushups,- and other variations of hand placements-hope that helps

the pecs are big muscles, so a good, intense, workout (for maximum muscle fiber tear-and-rebuild) doing many sets of pushups and specific weights, about two times a week will do the job. and a good diet with plenty of PROTIEN and WATER.
also, learn martial arts, as this will help you build cardio and balance, as well as wisdom and good health, grasshopper.

benchpress untill it hurts 3 times a day , every other day , for 6 months , guaranteed results

Incline bench press.
Flat bench press.
Decline bench press.
Incline fly.
Flat fly.
Decline fly.
Flat pullover.

Use the heaviest weights.
3 sets, 4-6 reps.
When you can do 6 reps, add more weight.

Protein shake before training, protein shake after.
Eat what you want when you want, BUT REMEMBER!.
What you eat, you will have to work off tomorrow.

Google for "SanDeep noweights" it has tips on how to keep yourself in shape.
