Sorry I don't have an (accurate) answer to your question but wow haha, that's actually a good question I never thought about that before.
I would think that maybe there are some slight differences, because even when twins are identical, there are some minor physical differences. For example, take Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Ashley is about 1 inch taller, Mary-Kate has thinner lips, and as they get older, they're facial structure differs more.
So, by these means, their penises are probably relatively the same size, but not necessarily the exact same. One might be half and inch bigger than the other, one might have larger testicles etc.
as far as i know they do, one of my best friends is an identical twin and after asking both girlfriends...they're pretty sure they are lol :o)

Wow, I have never thought about that before... I would imagine.. but who knows.. It'd be the same thing as identical twin sisters having the same bra size...
No human is identical in every way
Identical twins always start off identical. However, there are a lot of environmental factors that change all parts of the body. That's why it gets easier to identify each twin as they get older.
