This is a decission you can make by yourself. If it feels uncomrfertable having it then yes you could shave it. But be sure to talk to your parents or whoever looks after you about it first as you need to know how to do it correctly.

I know you are proud of your new growth, but shave it please. The added benefit is that it could get thicker with the shaving so when you decide it's time to let it grow it will be thick and not "patchy" as some new beards appear to be. Good Luck!

Relax; most men are proud that they are going through puberty and are becoming a man but I can see how akward it can be..if you think mustaches are not cool, then shave it; if that is seen as a sign of maturity then leave it. Its totally up to you. What do you think looks best on you? This is normal and all guys will go through it...
