How tall do u think i will grow if...?!

Question: if i eat rt...sleep rt....and im 5 7 rt now and weight about 160...my dad is 5 6 and my grandpa was like 6 feet tall...and yea i knew it all up to my genes but jus to make me feel good

Often times you will take the height portion of your genes from you Moms side. Is your Mom, Uncle, Grandfather tall? Then expect to be around your Mothers Dads height.
