Six pack??!
Question: I have 12% body fat, I run cardio for at least an hour a day, eat healthy and can do leg lifts for over a minute and can do over 100 situps in 2 minutes, yet I do not have a six pack. Why? and what can i do to get one?

Because you have 12%. Cut it down to about 7% and the cut look will come in.
you cant expect it to just happen, you hav to give it time
because you're 12% body fat
keep onm doing the same thing maybe increase on some days...that should help.
You need single digit body fat i believe
do crunches.
or get a ab roller.
You are doing a wonderful job, keep it up and watch what will happen. Six pack is very hard to get, I am just happy that I have a flat stomach as it used to look like I was pregnant and I am 26 year old guy.
