Average adult is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Puberty ends between 16 and 21. You are already above average, so let's hope you are done developing. You wouldn't want to hurt a girl, as average vagina length is 4 to 6 or 7 inches depending on what you read.
Any lotion is fine. Soap, Coconut oil, olive oil, someone mentioned butter..... just clean up.
