Guys: What's the proper way to clean your groin?!
Question: Okay, so I was flippin' through the questions and didn't come up with what I was looking for exactly. I already clean down there, but it's sensitive. It doesn't bother me if water cleans it, but am I actually supposed to, like, use my hand to clean it?
Also, do I just use water, or would body soap or whatever be necessary, too?
And one last thing. Is it bad for some white residue to be on behind the foreskin? Like, I'll wash it and everything, and it rarely smells bad, but like some white stuff tends to just stay there, even when I wash. What do I do?

If you are not circumcised pull the foreskin all the way back and clean with a good soap like liquid soft soap, making sure you get all the folds of skin, and rinsing really well, do it two or three times. and you can apply a good lotion like lubriderm or some other sort. Also use a good shampoo and hair conditioner on your pubic hair and body hair, as it will keep the hair healthy. Bar soap is hard on the skin and hair. And tend to dry the skin thats why a good rehydrator for the skin. Good Luck son happy cleaning . You can use your hands or a washcloth, eventually your penis will be use to it. We must always have excellent hygiene.
I think body wash or soap is equally effective, but make sure you rinse off really well, because if you don't you might start to get rubbed.
Also, it sounds like you need to use some talcum powder or something. Try using gold bond powder once or twice a day to keep it dry and fresh. The smell should subside

I used to get smegma build-up under the foreskin, but it would wash right off and just leave it kinda pinkish/red. Bet if you get some soap down there, the white stuff will go away. And yeah, I remember it being sensitive down there, but not that sensitive that I couldn't use soap, water, and my hands.

Mild body soap and water will clean around the fore-skin of the penis. You definitely need to get all that white stuff off. Leaving it there can lead to infections and possible circumcision.
