I get erections when my girl puts a finger on me! lol. uuum it definatly does not happen though when we are arguing, but I may have a theory as to why.
Both of your agression levels are up, and maybe when his blood is flowing with anger it shoots straight to his "boy." Or maybe he is just so turned on by th enotion of make up sex he is all ready to go before you guys even disrobe.

I'm not a guy..but I can say a lot of guys like the idea of make up sex because they imagine it to be more passionate!
