Are most african american men circumcised or not?!
Question: Depend on the age group. Blacks use to circumcise less, but they now circumcise more.
During the times of slavery, few white men were circumcised. It was often done to black slaves to keep them from raping white women. This is probably why it was less common for blacks to circumcise. Circumcision didn't become the norm in the US until the 1940's when hospital births became the norm.

Most American men are mutilated at birth so I would therefore guess that most African Americans also suffered the same fate.
America is the last Western nation that circumcized on a regular basis, usually for non-medical reasons. The short answer to your questions is "Probably", but circumcizion is becoming much less popular here, and moreso worldwide.
Seeing as though I am a black man and I have been with a lot of other black men sexually, I can honestly say yes. I mean I am only speaking from my personal experiences though. Mostly all of the guys were circumcised. I remember this one boy, he was the first boy I had ever met that wasn't circumcised. I was eighteen and he was fourteen or fifteen. It was the wee hours of the morning and I met him off the phone sex chat line. Luckily he lived right around the corner from me so I went over to his house and crept into his bedroom. I gave him oral sex and his penis tasted like Vick's and smelt like it too. It was his normal uncircumcised penis. He was brown skin but the head of his penis was red. I loved it. However I met one or two men after that who was uncircumcised and didn't like it. It wasn't the same experience so I prefer circumcised men!!
