Help about exercise?!


Question: i started working out
my breasts got a bit bigger
and not just bigger, but sort of pointy
whats up with that
i mean i have more muscles, and im getting stronger, but why is this happening.
is it normal
and my most impiortant question
keeping this exercise and working out habit which is really helping me get in better shape, what different things can i do to sort of calm down the breast growth

Dude first off please stop calling them 'breasts'. Refer to it as 'chest' or 'pecs'. I'm a trainer so here is whats happening. You are probably doing the same chest workout or at least the same combination and just adding bulk. Try doing more cutting chest excersizes such as lighter weight for more, quicker reps. Different types of push up excersizes with medicine balls.
