Umm, why is your head getting wet when you are sleeping? Placing a bag on your head, even one with holes in it, is a major suffocation hazard!

Sleeping with the bag over your head could cause death but I don't think you would do it to the point where you couldn't breathe. Maybe a therapist or something might be a better fit for you.
