Yes, there is white stuff under the hood of the penis causing the oders. You need to pull the hood back and clean it completely with mild soap and water, gently.

Ya! Dip it in gasoline and then enamel paint. After the paint drys dip it the gasoline again. Rub your nuts with peanut butter and don't wash for 3 days. In three days take a shower and use an abrasive like a Brillo pad to clean it off. It should smell like roses when your done

suppose there could be a lot of bacteria growing on it that mightn't be washable , use shower gels and see if the smell improves
If the area is getting washed daily....then I don't see why it would have a bad odor. I mean maybe the person has bad hygiene. Maybe the person should ask a doctor!!
Sometimes, especially, in the summer time, sweat causes an odor. I know that I wash it but when its hot outside, I start to sweat and it can cause an odor. I mean it all depends on the certain situation but generally I say no!!

It's normal for genitals to have a smell. Some people have stronger odours than others. Usually it's a sign of infection and can be treated. I guess it could just be natural for some people though.
yes it would be a problem problem for guys that has theyre penis mutilated (circumcition) and don't get to know about a smelly penis, guys like you not circumsiced produce a bacteria called "smegma" wich in a way protects you from some infections, not std's thought.
this can be washed every time you shower , just go down your knees and hold the tip of the prepucio open like a bag and let it fill with water, then clos it and wahs the inside , then loos it so the watr comes out and repeat, this will clean all the smegma and will be clean. if you let it sit or not washit regularly, you may have some times like a burning sensation, and this can cause a small infection.
